The following terms and conditions establish the agreement between you and Chafford Hundred Airport Cabs. By booking a taxi and utilizing our service, you unequivocally accept the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
Chafford Hundred Airport Cabs, referred to as "we" or "us," denotes the service-providing company. The terms "you" and "your" encompass any individual, business, or company engaging in a booking with us.
2.1 It is imperative to allocate sufficient time for your journey to ensure timely arrival, especially for airport transfers requiring check-in at specific flight times. Chafford Hundred Airport Cabs is not liable for delays caused by your failure to allocate ample time or if you are not ready for collection at the designated time.
2.2 You are responsible for reserving a car of suitable size for all passengers and luggage. Chafford Hundred Airport Cabs does not guarantee the transport of an excessive amount of luggage. Please note that a child, regardless of age, is considered a single passenger.
2.3 Requests for wheelchair access should be made at the time of booking.
3.1 Our quoted prices, exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise, are based on the information provided by you. If there are substantial changes to the stated itinerary, we reserve the right to adjust the quoted amount.
3.2 The quote includes a 45-minute waiting period after the specified landing time and covers airport parking costs. Any waiting time beyond this will be charged at the standard Chafford Hundred Airport Cabs rate. While we strive to accommodate delays, we are not obligated to do so.
3.3 Upon accepting our quote, you will receive a booking confirmation. It is your responsibility to review this confirmation thoroughly. Failure to notify Chafford Hundred Airport Cabs of any discrepancies absolves us of responsibility for resulting delays or costs.
3.4 Payments can be made in cash, credit card, or debit card.
4.1 Passenger behavior during the journey is your responsibility. Charges may apply for vehicle soiling, damage, or negative impact caused by passengers.
4.2 Eating, drinking, or smoking in the car is strictly prohibited.
4.3 Children in the car must be appropriately restrained based on their height, weight, and age.
4.4 We are bound by licensing and insurance restrictions regarding passenger capacity.
5.1 Promptly contact us if you need to cancel your booking. Cancellation after dispatch incurs a charge based on the driver's time and distance to the cancellation point.
5.2 Cancellation fees may apply for online bookings canceled before dispatch.
6.1 While we strive to ensure timely arrivals, we are not liable for losses due to uncontrollable delays. Chafford Hundred Airport Cabs accepts no responsibility for losses incurred by you or your business.
6.2 Luggage is transported at your own risk.
6.3 In case of a breakdown, we will endeavor to provide an alternative car for your prompt continuation of the journey.
6.4 You will not hold Chafford Hundred Airport Cabs liable for expenses, damages, costs, or losses resulting from any omission or act by anyone in your party.
6.5 No party can exclude or limit liability for personal injury, death, negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or wilful default, as deemed unenforceable by applicable laws.
7.1 We reserve the right to terminate or refuse a booking immediately if any vehicle or driver is endangered by abuse, violence, or damage from you or any passenger. No refunds will be provided for terminated journeys.
8.1 Chafford Hundred Airport Cabs may subcontract obligations as stated. You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under this agreement.
8.2 We reserve the right to modify terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page, and existing bookings will adhere to the rates in effect at the time of booking.
8.3 Information processing complies with the Data Protection Act of 1988.
8.4 This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Chafford Hundred Airport Cabs and yourself.
8.5 These terms do not confer benefits to third parties. No third party can enforce rights under this agreement without written consent.
Any dispute or claim must be submitted within 30 days of the booking pickup date. Claims made after this period will not be entertained by Chafford Hundred Airport Cabs.
